Baked Teriyaki Salmon
Ingredients
4 portions - Sealove Salmon
4 cups - Assorted cut up vegetables
4 Tbsp - Sesame Oil
2 Tbsp - Black & White Roasted Sesame Seeds
2 cups - Thick Teriyaki Glaze/Sauce (We recommend the Kikkoman Brand)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400º Fahrenheit.
Toss the assorted cut-up vegetables of your choice in a mixing bowl with the sesame oil.
Then toss once again with 1 cup of the teriyaki sauce.
Pour the mixture onto a baking vessel or sheet pan.
Brush the Sealove Salmon portions, top to bottom with half of the remaining teriyaki sauce.
Place on top of vegetables and bake on the middle shelf for 12 minutes, stir vegetables, brush the salmon on top with the remaining teriyaki glaze and continue to cook for an additional 4 min.
Remove from oven, sprinkle generously with sesame seeds, and serve.
